Yes, I agree, it’s weird.
Didn’t want to do my workout this morning
but I know habits work off triggers
so I set the bar super-low;
just complete the warmup.
Once I got over that initial hurdle the rest followed naturally.
Now it’s done and I feel better than if I’d skipped it.
