The #Braves today reported RHP Ian Anderson to Atlanta after optioning RHP Davis Daniel to Triple-A Gwinnett following yesterday’s game. The club today also signed OF Eddie Rosario to a major league contract, and optioned OF Jarred Kelenic to the Stripers. To make room on the 40-man roster, Atlanta designated RHP Zach Thompson for assignment.

I am fired up for the home opener and I hope you are too. This is a good team off to a bad start, it hasn't been sloppy, it hasn't been ugly. There are some hurdles to clear but it will get better and reinforcements are on the way.

Tonight starts a run of eight 3-game series in the month of April. Win series. That's the goal.

Win all 8 and you're 16-15 going into May. Ambitious? Sure. Necessary? No.
