@Magdale03028309 @StarlightMcKenz Dismissing people's poor experience is another thing that the LA is pretty good at as well in my experience. And in a lot of cases acts as a deterrent to children & young people getting the support they need to succeed. Let's not forget that's what this should be about! 3/3

If you've got examples of LA EPs providing properly quantified & specified reports that's brilliant - but don't dismiss the rest as a myth when it's the reality for many 2/n

Moving LAs should be a seamless process right? After all the code of practice is quite clear about what should happen....

@WardellR Totally agree. What are you going to do to change this given you're in a position where you can make change happen? There are alternatives to traditional "school" settings that are way more appropriate for some children yet your teams seem to push mainstream school as only option

High demand - drives me mad. A quantified, specified & fully implemented EHCP isn't something I want - it's what my child needs to enable them to achieve their potential. Parent blaming has to stop. @WardellR I'd like to know what your plans are to change this grim rhetoric

Parents have actually described it as getting worse. The next report will make interesting reading....
