Today, as every day, I am so happy to be Canadian. I am grateful to live in such a beautiful, diverse country and I am grateful that we have the privilege to vote freely. Although we are not perfect, we are a pretty terrific country. Happy election day! @RCSD_No81
My grade four students really enjoyed playing the math game Prodigy this morning and bonus, they can play at home as well. @RCSD_No81@StGabriel_RCSD#RCSDConnect
My grade 4 class at St. Gabriel School participated in a MADD Smart Wheels presentation- an amazing and excellent presentation!

I am enjoying leading an internship seminar at the University of Regina this week. So great to see the enthusiasm of both the cooperating teachers and interns. Such an exciting milestone in these students' lives. #RCSD_No81
@mlang_67 I used SeeSaw for the first time last year and really like it. Students enjoyed posting their work, often with an oral explanation. Parents liked it as well. Big buddy, we can do some stuff on SeeSaw together with our students.
@GouletBrown Enjoy being a connected educator Mel. I know you will do such amazing things with your students... even more than you do now. #RCSDConnect#DITTRCSD
Ideas I wish to try... blogging with my students, more " student directed learning".. what do they want to learn , while still following curriculum. Really enjoying the book and the humor!

@scottkuntz22 And the most effective method for one student is probably different than the most effective for another student. Technology is great for students learning and exploring what interests them at their own comfort level.
Like the idea of using back channels in my grade four classroom, maybe to discuss a topic in science or our class read a loud. #RCSDconnect#DTTRCSD#DitchBook@jmattmiller
