@DataMizzou they can bring in all the talent in the world, but until protecting the rim, perimeter d & defensive rebounding are significantly improved, the program won’t take the next step. I believe coach Gates can do it, but I think a defensive guru nedds to be added & make adjustments

@PowerMizzoucom My biggest concern are issues with CG’s teams since arriving: the D is bad if they don’t force turnovers - uncontested shots & bad on the D glass. Persistent issues that haven’t been addressed, but the excitement & entertainment>negatives. Hope CG & players learn from this loss.
