@Rainmaker1973 Sorry science, but you can’t answer why questions. All you can do is describe your observations and label things. The notion of identity discussed here is right on, but has nothing to do with science.
The future is a concept, it doesn’t exist. There is no such thing as tomorrow. There never will be, because time is always now. That’s one of the things we discover when we stop talking to ourselves and stop thinking. We find there is only present, only an eternal now.
Alan Watts
"There is no difference between the mind and the Self. The mind turned inwards is the Self; turned outwards, it becomes the ego and all the world. The cotton made into various clothes, we call by various names. But all the clothes are cotton.”
~ Sri Ramana Maharshi
Everything is God. God is all there is. There is only the ONE, and the ONE is everything that exists. You consequently have to start feeling this in your heart. For your heart center is omnipresence, all-pervading. It includes the whole universe.
Robert Adams
A person who thinks all the time has nothing to think about except thoughts. So, he loses touch with reality and lives in a world of illusions.
Alan Watts
Just as a centimeter measures distance, and has no tangible reality of its own, time measures change and has no tangible reality of its own. Time is a concept. What Is Now changes. The concept of time helps us speak about that, and slowly change our Now in accordance with that.
The cub thought for a moment...
"Maybe," he said quietly, "we each have our own gifts to offer the world, and we should celebrate them, rather than wishing we had someone else's.'
Art by James Norbury
There is nothing in the world that you cannot know, when you know yourself. Once you are inwardly integrated, outer knowledge comes to you spontaneously. At every moment of your life you know what you need to know.

You create your future by your thoughts now; if you think nobly, you will be noble in conduct. If you think basely no environment will make you different. Thus, thoughts and actions are interdependent. Be vigilant and allow only good thoughts in your mental field.
- Saraswati
