This is an intentionally obscured figure showing residual TR severity at 30 days after T-TEER from 3 major randomized controlled trials.

Two of these trials had a neutral HFH+death endpoint comparing device vs. medical therapy at 1 year.

The other trial had a WHOPPING benefit: hazard ratio for HFH+death at 1 year = 0.40 (!!), which is a LOWER hazard ratio than PARTNER 1B (HR 0.46) and COAPT (HR 0.57) for the same endpoint.
