Smaller/larger LVEDD should be correlated with LVEF/LVMi
Obviously advanced HFrEF have higher LVEDD while severe hypertrophied stiff fibrosed hearts have smaller LVEDD,both with poor short term prognosis,so what is the point

TIG catheter tapers &has sidehole;engages easily,no pressure damping. In one case,QRS widening after contrast injection was clue
