Good Morning. After a day of ups and downs in the fight against this monstrous fire, I know our Community shares my intense gratitude for those working the front lines and all who support them. And we share intense grief for those who have suffered losses. The fight continues.
Goddamnit @ATTHelp how can you make NTP so difficult to get working? https://t.co/AXS6KkqfeU
Ok, that makes sense, so how do I get accurate time on your network? What's the internal, properly-configured NTP host you provide?
"If we disable DMZPlus mode on YOUR router.." what??
@dino2gnt $0.26 / mbps is the going rate around my house, if you don't use a niche provider. And that seems to be the deal: get poor speed and good features (but terrible tech support) or fast speed and terrible features and terrible tech support.
Terrible tech support I can handle
Seriously, is it seriously to much to ask for a 300mbps home Internet provider to give you an actual passthru connection to your own router?
Yes, I'm in the USA and know this is impossible for non business class costs. >:-{
@ATTHelp And now the router you sent me has 0 pieces of information which match the sticker. Wifi name, password, access code... All wrong. And a 1 hour callback time for an open case.
@hellNbak_ I just bought Bauer 3x pros and I love how they feel but I can't get over my toes far enough yet. Hoping it's just a lacing/breaking in problem
@CubicleApril Actually thinking about it for a7 hour drive today, I think it's about flow control. A script has a straightforward flow from start to finish, but a program will not.
This https://t.co/bY6qkl5kg3 is 3000 lines, but has a single purpose and very straight flow
