And make sure the doors are automatic and stay open without bashing beds! Especially en route from theatre to recovery/ICU….

So many calls I had today with people who were “due to be on leave, but...”.

Two things are simultaneously true imho:

#1 overworking is bad for you and your team and a culture of it is Not A Good Thing

#2 without it, the NHS would currently not be functioning
