I was stupidly too impatient to wait for an appointment with my bank and thought it’d be quicker if I went to the Randburg branch. It’s been over a month of painful experience and collecting my docs seems near impossible.

Visiting Randburg @HomeAffairsSA to collect passport and Smart ID has been the most harrowing experience. People have queued since 5am but only 200 will he helped today. This is my 3rd attempt to no avail. What is the solution @mgigaba?
