No, we all read what you said, you are just absolutely delusional and you don't understand the problem.
The programming was already trivial for these kinds of games. Engines have already automated a lot of the hard parts for you and set up a framework to make programming a breeze when making cookie cutter mechanics like these.
The longitudinal difficulty lies in asset generation, writing, art, polish. Good animations, good coherent models, good level design, good writing, good gameplay feel and flow.
If the models can start generating really good models, animations and textures, that can cohesively and performantly slot into an engine, then you will have started to close the gap but still without addressing the actual claim that Thomas was making.
The first glaring problem is that your assets and animations look like they were made by an absolute amateur in middle school. It's *worse* than if I just download free assets off fab and free mixamo animations.
And then the other part that you're clearly missing, is the entire point of taste (which clearly you're lacking).
It's WHAT the post you are responding to is saying (talking about reading comprehension). Sure AI can "write" a lot, but it's not good at it. And sure, AI can help you "make assets and animations" but it's not good at it.
It's not my job to prove that this is obviously true, it's your job to show me a game that has the art/models/animations/level designs/writing/programming/etc generated by AI, resulting in a product that anyone thinks is good.
Much like everyone else on twitter, you post demos, and they suck, just like everyone elses. "Look at what I did in a day!". Ok, take a month, and make a $10 game and put it on steam, and we'll see how many people buy it. If you believe your own bullshit you should be able to turn a massive profit.
awesome, thank you very much for working on this! recovered a bit that i forgot about in the polygon bridge from 2022. i did find a typo though; the event signature argument to generate the exit payload from polygon -> ethereum is truncated. it needs to be 0xddf252ad1be2c89b69c2b068fc378daa952ba7f163c4a11628f55a4df523b3ef (your site misses the last 3 characters). other than that, worked like a charm!

also, i have two go-to tests for mouse QC:
1) rapidly lift up and put down the mouse to see if the cursor clearly stops tracking.
2) slowly set down the mouse perpendicular to the pad & angled to the pad to see if the cursor doesn't pick up microcorrections during the process & afterwards when you try to the move the mouse.
if either test fails, it's usually a power issue with the unit/cable/USB. a handful of mice recently with "20k FPS lock" sensor modes will fail that test when the mouse is >1khz polling rate &/or >1.0mm LOD on the 3395 and 3950 sensors.
does this happen on smoother pads (like the raiden) or anything with noticeably less texture? i presume you also tried the unit on some separate computer just to completely rule out anything on that end.
i also wonder if it could be the inverse, where your unit's sensor is "too low" to the pad and therefore loses tracking easier. a tangentially related issue happens with gwolves' HTM, where it stops tracking altogether if it's pushed into the pad & yet also feels like the LOD is too low even on the highest setting. have you tried stacking skates (like using the stock full sized pads + some dots on top of it) just to rule that out?
@0xQuit i know it's not your fault quit, but the consequence of not locking the NFT buys behind a trusted price ceiling leaves the contract with overpriced NFTs & thus undermines the intended flywheel. you would have to buy the strategy token + buy NFT from the strategy & sell the ST.
@RobedLogic @pinguefied get over yourself.
i feel bad for your children, but at least they're probably better at every game than you without trying anyway.
larping about video game accomplishments in your 30s???
stick to wow pve and being a poor useless moron that burns bridges for the rest of your life
@outpxce most cracked 19 now 20 year old that i've seen on X.
grateful for your posts & the opportunity to follow you before you went private.
looking forward to your future insights, and best of luck to your endeavors.
"gamers" are trying to make it literally illegal to ever shut down servers for old online game services and when anyone points out that this is totally insane and infeasible from both a financial and cybersecurity standpoint they're canceling them + calling them corpo shills lol
