Periods of sustained extreme high risk, such as the one we are currently in, typically precede environments of approximately 120 days of bullish movement in $BTC.
At this moment, we are chaining two strong and sustained downward moves, just as occurred in mid-2024, which preceded a 133-day massive bullish movement.
It is important that we stay alert for Bullish transition zones, characterized by a drastic reduction of the Risk Index to 0, the environment of minimum risk. This could initiate the next sustained bullish move.

Chief Adviser's condolence message on the death of Pope Francis
Excellency,
On behalf of the Government and the people of Bangladesh, we, with a heavy heart, express our deepest condolences at the sad demise of His Holiness Pope Francis, a beacon of peace, humanity, and unity.
With his passing away, we have seen the end of an epoch of dignified papacy, honed by suave leadership qualities, carried out for uplifting human dignity, interfaith harmony, and justice for the marginalized. His leadership transcended religious boundaries and inspired millions to step up efforts to build a more inclusive, tolerant and compassionate world.
I have been honoured to meet many times with Pope Francis and to work closely with him to foster peace, human dignity and environmental stewardship.
The people of Bangladesh, who were deeply honoured by His Holiness’ historic visit to our country in 2017, join the global community in mourning this great loss.
During this time of sorrow, we stand in solidarity with the Catholic Church and people of faith around the globe, remembering the profound impact of his teachings and the kindness he extended to all.
May thedeparted soul rest in eternal peace. May we continue to honour his vision of a world united in compassion and understanding.

Chief Adviser Professor Muhammad Yunus joined the meeting with Xi Jinping, President of the People’s Republic of China in People's Great Hall, Beijing on Friday.
Yesterday's speech of Bangladesh's Chief Advisor, Muhammad Yunus, set out the main achievements of the new interim government. In also articulating some of its key values, the speech also cut across three big lies contained in the barrage of disinformation coming from Awami League/supporters.
1. Big lie one: Yunus/government is against the liberation war/country's independence.
This is what he said in his speech.
"Today is March 25, a day of infamy in human history. On this night in 1971, the invading Pakistani forces brutally opened fire on innocent, unarmed, sleeping Bengalis, killing thousands. It was on March 25 that the people of this country launched armed resistance. After a nine-month war, Bangladesh achieved independence.
On the eve of our Great Independence Day, I solemnly remember the valiant martyrs of our Liberation War, whose sacrifices gave us a free and sovereign Bangladesh. The bloodshed of hundreds of thousands of martyrs and the dignity of 200,000 abused women brought forth a free land named Bangladesh on the world map. I salute these heroes of our Liberation War."
2. Big lie 2: Yunus and his government are against women's rights.
This is what he said in his speech.
"The women of our nation have made slow but determined progress through decades of struggle. Yet even after 54 years of independence, they continue to face economic, political, and social discrimination. In all movements in our history, women’s participation was greatest in the July Uprising. They played a courageous role and made a firm commitment to cast off the old and build the new. They demanded broad reforms and stronger roles for women in every sphere.
I believe the July Uprising has changed Bangladesh’s context. After July, women’s status must and will improve. We want to reimagine Bangladesh—and in that vision, women must be prioritized at the highest level. I urge all families, neighbors, religious institutions, and schools to ensure that no distinction is made between girls and boys. Let us work together to build a healthy environment for all children in this new Bangladesh. The women who took part in the July Uprising are determined to assert their rights. Each of us must work to identify existing inequalities and prevent violence and discrimination against women.
A social movement must rise against misogynistic language and the tendency to demean women. Modern technology is a great force that can break all barriers, no matter how strong or high. Let us begin using it to bridge all divides. To ensure women’s safety, a police hotline has been launched, and a short-code is being introduced by the government. All call-takers will be women, so callers can speak freely.
The Women and Child Abuse Prevention Act has been amended. Timeframes for investigations and trials have been shortened. Delays in justice are being addressed. Alongside Dhaka, DNA labs are being set up in Chattogram and Rajshahi. Many new judges are being appointed through a special judicial commission. Special tribunals are also being set up for child victims, so they receive speedy justice.
Like all citizens, I am deeply proud that our women’s football team became South Asian champions. During the Youth Festival 2025, 2.74 million girls from across the country participated in nearly 3,000 games and cultural activities. The festival saw universal participation, including marginalized communities and 21 ethnic groups."
3. Big lie 3: Yunus/interim government is against rights of minorities.
This is what he said in his speech.
"While focusing on women’s rights, we must also give equal importance to the citizenship rights of minorities, including indigenous communities in both plains and hills. Ignoring anyone’s citizenship rights would create a grave crisis for our nation. As citizens, we must never become perpetrators of others’ disenfranchisement. That’s how a truly new Bangladesh will be born."

It may well be the case that the interim government does not always live up to these statements, but it does set out clearly the moral and political direction of the interim government, contradicting the messages contained in the barrage of disinformation.
