@British_Airways I received a refund the following day for another booking I cancelled on the same call so I don’t understand the delay. Why do I repeatedly get told it will definitely be paid within 7-10 working days each time I speak to CS? They see the notes, the escalation, and lack of action
@British_Airways I cancelled a reward flight and requested a refund on May 9th. Told 7-10 working days. Received Avios but still waiting for funds to return to my payment card. I have spoken to CS four times since every two weeks to be told same thing. Please can you help.
@British_Airways Hi -we used a companion voucher for a recent booking but we’re only able to book the outbound flight at the time of booking (355 days in advance) and have now booked the return separately. Can we get the bookings linked and difference in avios partially refunded?
@British_Airways@British_Airways he tried, but it seems the hacker double downed by reporting his account compromised first and the exec club CS agent wasn’t willing to help 🤷 do you have a fraud team this can be reported to as exec club not helping? Passport info, credit card and avios stolen
@British_Airways my partner’s executive club account has been hacked and they’ve changed the registered email and around 300k avios have disappeared from our household account. Can’t get through on customer services to speak to anyone. Can you help please.

This may look like a full train but look closer and you'll see plenty of room. We were held outside the gates of #brighton station like animals waiting to be slaughtered. People were having panic attacks, getting crushed and making bad decisions due to zero announcements. Awful.
@TicketmasterCS thought Royal Mail returned my tickets while on holiday so logged an online form but have now found them at neighbours. How do I make sure my tickets aren’t cancelled? Thanks
@Tesco The rubbish, the stock (in the middle of the aisles) and the unidentifiable red sauce (or worse). No signs, concerning H&S and staff swearing in front of customers to top it all off!
