Selamat datang di era digital perpajakan 2026, di mana kamera hanya boleh menghadap satu arah.
Ini bukan plot film thriller, tapi isi Surat Edaran Direktur Jen-deral Pajak Nomor SE-8/PJ/2026 tentang Pedoman Pengawasan Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak (ditetapkan 15 Juli 2026).
Aturan ini secara tegas melarang wajib pajak, wakil, kuasa, atau pegawai merekam, menyimpan, menyebarluaskan, atau menyiarkan suara, gambar, video, maupun bentuk sejenisnya atas kegiatan penyampaian penjelasan dan/atau pembahasan SP2DK via video conference.
Sementara itu, Kantor Pelayanan Pajak (KPP) justru wajib merekam seluruh proses. Sebelum meeting dimulai, Account Representative (AR) atau petugas DJP harus memberitahukan dua hal sekaligus: “Kami rekam, kalian dilarang.” Kalau wajib pajak tidak bersedia mematuhi, sesi video conference langsung dihentikan. Pelanggaran bisa dikenai sanksi sesuai peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku.
“Kamera hanya milik fiskus”, di satu sisi, DJP bilang ini demi keteraturan dan dokumentasi resmi. Di sisi lain, para pengamat (seperti Direktur Eksekutif Pratama-Kreston Tax Research Institute Prianto Budi Saptono) melihatnya sebagai ketimpangan posisi.
Wajib pajak sudah “dipanggil” dengan tekanan psikologis, lalu tidak boleh punya bukti sendiri. Kalau nanti ada sengketa soal isi pembahasan atau berita acara, yang punya rekaman resmi hanya pihak KPP.
Ibarat meeting kantor, bos rekam penuh, karyawan dilarang, lalu berita acara dibuat berdasarkan versi bos. “Trust me, bro” versi modern, tapi dalam urusan yang bisa berujung kewajiban pajak tambahan.
Aturan ini lahir di tengah target penerimaan pajak 2026 sebesar Rp2.357,7 triliun. Realisasi semester I-2026 mencapai Rp1.035,7 triliun (43,9% target), dengan proyeksi akhir tahun sekitar Rp2.310,8 triliun (masih ada potensi shortfall).
SE-8/PJ/2026 sendiri adalah pedoman besar yang juga mengatur pengumpulan data (termasuk web scraping, remote sensing, hingga koordinasi dengan Babinsa dan Bhabinkamtibmas), pengawasan berbasis risiko, dan integrasi Coretax.
Era Coretax dan pengawasan berbasis data memang membuat DJP lebih “tahu segalanya”. Tapi transparansi seharusnya jalan dua arah. Aturan satu arah ini mungkin praktis dari sisi administrasi, tapi di mata publik bisa terasa seperti “kami boleh dokumentasi, kalian cukup percaya saja”.
Jadi, kalau suatu hari kamu dapat undangan video conference SP2DK, siapkan catatan tulis tangan yang rapi. Karena kamera resmi hanya milik satu pihak.

We cut DeepSeek-V4 Pro startup from 8 minutes to under 2 minutes by moving weights over the fastest path to GPU memory with GPU-to-GPU RDMA.
This was achieved using NVIDIA ModelExpress (MX), the weight distribution and cache management service in NVIDIA Dynamo, and this same approach speeds up both inference and RL post-training too. MX reuses kernel caches, while inference workers fetch updated weights directly from other GPUs over NIXL—avoiding centralized broadcasts and keeping weight movement off the critical path.

I was laid off by Amazon AGI today, along with many of my colleagues.
My job was deciding which data points matter for pretraining. Turns out I was the one that got filtered out.
At 1pm, the reminder for our weekly project sync still went off — for a project that no longer has a team. We could only exchange a smile that needed no words.
