Your employee Derrick at Albany, CA harasses customers who choose to wear a mask. Asking if they are sick, or “does that help with your allergies?” I mean wtf I’ve never felt so alienated at Sprouts before. Horrible way to speak to people

@sproutsfm I think it’s time the Albany, CA location is evaluated. The staff at this location hate their job. This is the view while my wife bags our groceries. No help, no courtesy, horrible customer service from most cashiers. Today was the worst yet. Pinole is doing it right

Most times the staff talk amongst themselves about how tired they are, how much they want to leave, or other complaints. Bagging your own groceries is basically mandatory and I always leave feeling like the cashier hates me for daring to come through their line. Please fix
