@MrDanielBuck What is sad is that 90% of our kids prob can’t read it and even more don’t care. Admin then says, what steps did you take to ensure they were successful? What can you do to pull up grades? You need to write improvement plans for failing kids with interventions….
@TolentinoTeach Yup! It is embarrassing and exhausting. We had a teacher that was a former lawyer take her first teaching job in our building. She was very excited. By the end of the first week, she was upset, defeated and frustrated. She quit after about 3 weeks and said she was done teaching.
@RonDuncan7@TheEXECUTlONER_ Thank you, Ron. I appreciate you taking the time to look into this. I agree that some teachers will be for cameras in room and some will be against. Thanks again! 🙏🏻
@RonDuncan7@TheEXECUTlONER_ Ron, maybe you know the answer to this… we have cameras in our halls but not in our classrooms. We have asked several times at union meetings and were told we can’t have them in classrooms. I teach in Pennsylvania. Do u think this is a state, district or union issue? TY 🙏🏻
@JustusRhoads@TheEXECUTlONER_ Wow! What a disgrace! They lost a wonderful educator and probably didn’t bat an eye. What a terrible time to be in education.
@TheEXECUTlONER_ This is a perfect example of what is happening in schools today. This teacher is asking for help to keep her students safe and NONE was given. Admin doesn’t want to deal with it and give consequences. I’m sure this teacher has contacted the homes of these kids multiple times. 😡
@JamesTate121@bynsny Totally agree. Lots of people voted for this fool and now we are all suffering. It will take decades to repair the damage. Some things can never be repaired. Sad times!
@WeinsteinEdu@rhondajsp This is so true! Unfortunately, they are overlooked due to the behavior problems that constantly demand attention. In order to keep everyone safe and attempt to teach, focus is on behavior. Sad!! Quiet and wonderful students get less attention. ☹️
