1. The cyclist aren’t blameless. Panic, stopping and failing to unclip shoes. That’s on them.
2. It annoys the shit out of idiots like you

In your example, the shots were intended to hit the target, they missed, the driver did not intend to hit the cyclist, but to pass them. Executed perfectly. Shame the footage of the manoeuvre is spoilt by a women screaming and making a great pen save.

Otherwise there would be 3 injured cyclists lying in a ditch and the footage would have been of a collision. Instead the footage is of a vehicle driving PAST them and some scared women leaping into the trenches for cover.
