I haven't included coworking space, utilities, room cleaning service etc. RM4k barely surviving in KL, but USD1.5k I can live comfortably. @masterofnone @ns you know, you can just don't go. Some people stay budget hotel, some people want 5 star hotel. If the model is unsustainable, then there simply won't be a market for it.

For me, $1.5k for a shared room, INCLUSIVE of all the ammenities is more than worth it.

I know it's hard to get since our country has such high obesity rate and low awareness of health

@masterofnone @ns Your math is very flawed. $1.5k USD includes Bryan Johnson styled buffet meals, top notch gym, rent and utilities, and co-working space, and all the facilities, along with a community of other highly intelligent tech people who focus on living well.
