@zig131 @RED_SIM @XiexeVR I haven't owned a CV1 so I can only speak to it's spec sheet, but the Beyond is capable of running at the same refresh rate. Running it at 72Hz it's a conscious choice you make because you prefer the trade-off for extra resolution.

Lots of focus on the FoV, but I forsee all of the weight resting on the nose bridge being a comfort issue for long sessions despite being only 100 grams. That's light, but not light enough.

@RED_SIM @XiexeVR Quest 3 lenses are designed for larger panels, so uOLED is out of the question. Something in the ballpark of PSVR2s OLED maybe? brightness is an issue still. Personally I think miniLED like in QPRO is the better compromise, just don't make the rest of the headset suck.

A headset that does what you listed would be awesome, but even just that screen + lens combo isn't possible today without some very divisive trade-offs.

@gvarados You need to go into VR options and click the advanced settings toggle 7 times fast to enable the secret features menu. If it doesnt open you didnt click fast enough. Once youre in the menu you can enable experimental hand tracking or any other listed feature.

@WafflemasterO3o @HardwareSteam The built in passthrough does work as night vision due tue the headsets built in IR illuminators, the passthrough attachment uses visible light and doesn't work in the dark. Currently you need to fully disconnect the attachment for it to switch back to IR AFAIK.

@LumiiVRC @NimaZeighami It's a D-Link WiFi dongle with a custom firmware that was supposed to work seamlessly with Air-Link for PC Streaming, but it was undercooked and flopped. The concept is the same as the Frame's dongle, but was aftermarket rather than included with a device.

@TheFoxipso @dtupper @MrM0dZ You use WayVR instead of OVR Toolkit or XS Overlay. I think oscavmgr instead of VRCFT Avalonia is the right call.
