Romans 8:26 says the Spirit helps us in our weakness and intercedes for us when we don't know what to pray. When your mind wanders or you forget your words, the Holy Spirit is still presenting your heart’s desire to the Father perfectly. You don't need to be the "prayer team"; Jesus is your High Priest.

The Spirit intercedes for us with "groanings too deep for words" (Romans 8:26) when we don't even know how to pray. Your stumbling words are precious to Him.
