@playcambria is minting 4,096 Founding Charters on Ethereum this week for the launch of Genesis. Over 5,100 applicants entered the whitelist pool, with @cyberpunk scoring wallets manually based on onchain history and Cambria Renown. Here is how the Charters work, how they plug into the Genesis economy, and their link to $RSGP: 1. The Mint Structure • Supply: 4,096 Founding Charters (Voyage I), never reissued. • 512 Viceroys: Invitation-only, fixed price. Mints Oct 7 at 11 AM EDT. • 3,584 Founding Citizens: Vetted allowlist. GTD mints Oct 8 at 11 AM EDT; FCFS opens at 12 PM EDT. • Procedural Traits: 8 Houses (512 each), Home City (Thorin’s Peak), and Affinities (Blacksmith, Swordsman, Whip Master, Bow Expert) that set your theoretical power ceiling in that skill. 2. How Charters Plug into Genesis Anyone can buy Energy with USDC and risk it in the wilds for Gold, but non-citizens face strict caps. Holding a Charter grants Citizen status: • Favor to $RSGP: Anyone can earn Royal Favor by playing, but only Citizens can convert it into tradeable $RSGP. • High-Tier Access: Unlocks T4+ Outlands, sovereign territory wars, and Asset Economy NFT drops (Orbs, Heirlooms). • Native Delegation: You can delegate a Charter onchain to another player. They get temporary citizenship to grind, and you take an automated split of their haul without setting up a third-party guild. 3. The $RSGP Flywheel & Venue Juice Charters are deployed into Venues (Adventuring, Merchant Fleet, Territory): • The Crown Treasury routes "Venue Juice" (yield funded by in-game fees and exit tariffs, held 100% in USDC) directly to staked Charters. • $RSGP holders lock their tokens to vote on which Venues receive the juice. • In return, $RSGP lockers collect Bribes: revenue-funded lootboxes streaming real USDC, Charters, and rare items. If you have orphaned test wallets from earlier playtests, submit a ticket in the lobby support chat. The team is manually combining wallet scores before approvals. Minting starts tomorrow on Ethereum. Curious to hear from the @communitybria crew: are you planning to risk the Outlands yourself on day one, or deploy Charters straight into Venues? Over 5,100 applicants entered the whitelist pool, with @cyberpunk scoring wallets manually based on onchain history and Cambria Renown.

Here is how the Charters work, how they plug into the Genesis economy, and their link to $RSGP:

1. The Mint Structure
• Supply: 4,096 Founding Charters (Voyage I), never reissued.
• 512 Viceroys: Invitation-only, fixed price. Mints Oct 7 at 11 AM EDT.
• 3,584 Founding Citizens: Vetted allowlist. GTD mints Oct 8 at 11 AM EDT; FCFS opens at 12 PM EDT.
• Procedural Traits: 8 Houses (512 each), Home City (Thorin’s Peak), and Affinities (Blacksmith, Swordsman, Whip Master, Bow Expert) that set your theoretical power ceiling in that skill.

2. How Charters Plug into Genesis
Anyone can buy Energy with USDC and risk it in the wilds for Gold, but non-citizens face strict caps. Holding a Charter grants Citizen status:
• Favor to $RSGP: Anyone can earn Royal Favor by playing, but only Citizens can convert it into tradeable $RSGP.

3. The $RSGP Flywheel & Venue Juice
Charters are deployed into Venues (Adventuring, Merchant Fleet, Territory):
• The Crown Treasury routes "Venue Juice" (yield funded by in-game fees and exit tariffs, held 100% in USDC) directly to staked Charters.
