I've been a longtime fan of that thing Steve Jobs once said:

“You can't connect the dots looking forward; you can only connect them looking backwards. So you have to trust that the dots will somehow connect in your future.” —SJ

It's been fun to have had the opportunity to collect ten years of dots. Hopefully you can use the biggest dots I've gathered to think/act constructively (and critically) going forward.

🔴 2️⃣ Work Transformation Is Coming FAST: Prepare for AI-induced shifts in design and tech careers, continually. It’s a marathon, not a sprint.

🟡 3️⃣ Be Critical Of AI (For Customers): Evaluate AI’s impact critically; consider fairness and inclusivity. Show customers the benefits of responsible AI.
