@ProfMarkTaubert I like the recognition that ' you're not as robust as you once were' described earlier..seems kinder and helps the patient recognise and reflect...I'm not sure if there is a score.. a robustnesslty score?

A: Stop processing asylum applications.

Cynical? That's exactly what the Tories did.

The % of asylum applications completed within 6 months fell from 80%+ to ~10%.

In Plymouth it looks like we have similar savings with some great feedback from patients

So, what do people need?

We've identified 5 things...

Firstly, their electronic end-of-life record needs to:

1️⃣ Communicate people’s health information and end-of-life wishes seamlessly across care settings.

2️⃣ Travel between geographical boundaries.

It's a great start that we have the new Palliative and End of Life Care Information Standard from @ProfRecordSB but we now need to look carefully at how this is embedded and electronic end of life records are commissioned at ICS level.
