@downern1974 @apravda We SUSPECT it was done on Putin's orders, but don't know for sure. Maybe, it was done to frame Putin? A false flag Russia's enemies are known for? Putin is VERY popular in Russia, and he doesn't need to kill opponents to stay in power. Traitors are fair game for Russians, though.
