@Avis it’s a terrible that you won’t waive the cancellation fee due to the pandemic we are having! My husband called to cancel our reservation and was told they were still going to charge $50 for canceling. Terrible!!!

@GetSpectrum has the WORST customer service! The agents are not helpful at all and the supervisors are “busy” and will call you back. WTH do they have a line to call if they won’t help you at all. Yet they raise the prices as often as possible. #dontgetspectrum
