@WAZIRIRIZIWA@sholard_mancity One thing about this gava.., its all talk no one know of any statistical figure…, just listed to any uda zombies… they cant pin a statistical figure to anything
They forced the Housing Levy on us.
Kenyans went to court. Kenyans protested. Kenyans said NO.
The government said: pay anyway.
Three years later, over KSh 206 BILLION has been deducted from workers.
Now we are being told there is a gap of more than KSh 100 BILLION between what should have been collected and what reached the Housing Fund.
And the solution?
Not accountability.
Not answers about employers who deducted money and failed to remit it.
Not a public explanation of where every shilling went.
Instead, MORE POWER FOR KRA.
Treat Housing Levy arrears like tax debt. Pursue defaulters. Go after accounts and assets using tax-enforcement machinery.
Follow the logic:
They imposed a levy many Kenyans opposed.
Billions were deducted.
More than KSh 100 billion allegedly failed to reach the Fund.
And the response to that failure is stronger enforcement powers.
Have you seen enough houses to explain over KSh 206 billion?
Exactly.
They lost track of billions, and somehow the punishment lands on you.
Remember this in 2027.
