My guess is if you spread based on actual density, you'd see a smooth decrease towards nov/dec and then feb 29 as the outliers and the rest relatively uniform.

If you said 0-7^2 I would listen to the argument that the answer is-49 as the convention shouldn't be to interpret as 0+(-7)^2. But without the leaving 0 - I think you are saying apply the exponent to the entire term

@DiMartinoBooth @DFWAirport TBF - back in the old taxi days I remember we had a couple occasions where called or scheduled taxis for airport were no show or late and just had to get in the car and pay the parking fees. No real recourse or alternative - so maybe not much different?
