I have a flight booked for this coming Friday from Saudi to London with window & middle. Been struggling to arrange bassinet & now YOU has changed our seats entirely. your call centre is terrible & the lines is continuously disconnected

I can’t believe this company remains in business! Void P&O at all possible cost, whilst the staff are great they are limited to the support they provide!

Never known service this terrible, 3 start service over the past 2 weeks.
Avoid P&O cruises.
If you want poor service and constant challenges then enjoy this company but plenty of other providers.
