@AB_drmd ببساطة في ال parkinson نسبة الدوبامين بتكون قليلة فبنعالجه باننا نديه Levodopa,
المشكلة انوا الدوبامين برا الدماغ بحصل ليه carboxylation بانزيم اسمه peripheral decarboxylase
فبالتالي الدوبامين الواصل للدماغ حيقل فبنديه معاه carbidopa
اللي هو peripheral decarboxylase inhibitor

@Comtriph Yesterday I booked a flight for my family paid 5211 Saudi riyal ,during 2 hours I faced a problem in my work that forced me to cancel the trip so I order to cancel flights because we couldn’t go ,the ticket didn’t make yet ! So it should be no fees
