@Yemihazan That's how I saw a patient that came with her kids. She had twins 3x 🥺🥺🥺🤧🤧😭😭😭 see me begging her to share trade secret even if it's the positions .....
That guy who is raising five kids by himself. The one who tried to leave the wife with the kids and she beat him to it? That one? Happy Father's Day to him💃🏿💃🏿💃🏿
i saw a girl on tiktok who said “accountability is so important to me. nobody’s perfect, but don’t try to flip the script and make my reaction the issue when your actions lit the match” felt this to the core.
Find your own people. The one-man army is old fashioned
The right people in your corner can:
1. Keep you on track:
2. Point out your blind spots: They can see those patterns you do that you don't even notice
3. Help you learn from mess-ups: You can talk through your mistakes and figure out how to do better next time.
4. Be your safety net: When things go sideways, they're there to catch you, so you don't totally crash and burn.
So as you're going through, make sure it's the right people. Not the ones secretly competing with you.
@Evequadri so powerful….this reminds us that we can't control how others respond to our pain, but we can control how we express and manage it, lest it consumes us and others blame us for the consequences.
a therapist on tiktok said…. “no one notices your sadness until it turns into anger, and then you're the problem. healing is realizing you became the angry person because no one saw your sadness first” felt that.
@Kingkuti_ It is 💯 possible to be in a relationship without quarrelling.
When you meet someone who can communicate, own up to their mistakes and understand the essence of the misunderstanding.
Poorly managed misunderstandings lead to quarrels.
