@KRogers1001 @SimonaSeizova Tetracysteine tag (using flash and reash dyes) was not great in parasites 🦠 when I tried. Too much background but apparently it can work ok in mammalian cells.

There is also this HA frankenbody but we haven’t tried it in the end.
