@DrVish355 So seeing 1000s patient a day with less than 1 min per patient and prescribing some selective drugs available only in gov setup or referring makes u think a huge doctor?
Dude if u sit back and give ur time to each patient it takes minimum 15-20 minutes per patient.

1422 seats available each year for FMGs yet government only open 188 seat for whole year ( 2 batch of FMGs) also they couldn't accomodate Last june 2024 batch students completely and on top of that this January 2025 batch is waiting. There is lack of seat also...266 only now.

West Bengal has nearly 1600+ internship seats for Foreign Medical Graduates (FMGs), but the Directorate of Medical Education (DME @wbdhfw ) has not released them yet for Jan FMGE passed students. This delay is severely impacting FMGs, jeopardizing their career progression and mental health. If internships don’t start soon, many FMGs will be ineligible for NEET PG next year, further obstructing their medical careers. Our state also has seat issue which is also not clear. Last june 2024 batch 33 students haven't got their internship seat yet and they are waiting till now
