It was interesting to see the contexts where Ab+ / Ab- mice had similar primed T cell responses - I expected more antibody feedback.
What is the best correlate of T cell protection that can easily be monitored? Peripheral blood IFNg?

Does the model suggest that early challenges generating high affinity PCs, (e.g. measles infection) make later lower affinity generating responses (e.g. inactivated flu vaccine) less effective? I think you suggested this as a proposed expt on pg8/9?
