Just as people thought we have peaked with regards to weight lowering (and other benefits) with Retatrutide (triple agonist), there is this absolutely incredible paper that shows data from a single molecule acting as a quintuple agonist (yes, via 5 pathways). > 45% weight loss in mice! Preclinical data as yet but insane possibilities. Kudos to the scientists who even thought of this possibility and then were able to bring it to this stage!

During evaluation of obscure overt GI bleeding in an elderly lady, anterograde enteroscopy revealed a rare culprit deep in the jejunum — Jejunal Dieulafoy’s lesion.
Extremely rare, but potentially life-threatening if missed.
