Can you explain how your rules are applied equally to everyone?

A regular player dodges a match and their bans keep stacking. 30 minutes, then longer, and there's no instant help from support, even for Premium users waiting days for ticket responses.

Meanwhile, donk dodges a match, receives a 30-minute ban, and is unbanned after about 2 minutes, allowing him to queue again immediately. I'll attach screenshots showing the timeline.

How is this fair? Do some players have direct access to admins while everyone else is expected to wait? If so, why are different rules being applied depending on who the player is?

If some players can dodge a match, get instantly unbanned, and queue again until they get a map or matchup they prefer, then why is anyone surprised they reach 5000 Elo while other top players struggle around 4000? Doesn't that create an unfair competitive advantage?

We deserve a transparent explanation.
