During my past 15 years' experience of founding & managing my brands Pikka Pikka and ANIFA, I have come across many traps and problems of trademark registration in China and globally. Founders often spent a lot of money and time trying to design a logo they liked, hiring designers who deliver logos they don't like, and finally you came up with a good logo, then only after 12 - 18 months you realised this logo/brand name is not registrable for trademark, either similar trademark already existed, or your brand name/logo is too generic for registration.
I made https://t.co/nlChpftojr as a solution for founders and designers who wants to made sure their brand name / logo is registrable before they promote it for their businesses, a one stop solution for powerful AI logo & brand kit generator, and global trademark similarity checks and filing service.
Currently I have my German lawyer friend Bulent to handle EUIPO and WIPO filing and my Chinese trademark agency to handle CNIPA filing for the platform, all at local cost.
Made it in 3 days with vibe coding 🙂

Its interesting to debate with our fellow American netizens about the freedom of speech perspective, it seem the privilege is reserved only for American and its ok for their gov to encourage color revolution in mid east countries (through USAID) while not ok for a chinese student to speak out their political opinions. (Not to judge whether she is right or wrong). This doubt standard act is intriguing to observe while i see freedom of speech is really losing ground in its originator and their ancestor (UK) where people are being arrested for posting anti muslim tweets on X.

I know it has failed hisotry , but every country is a balance of mixed ideology adjusting to its generation. America is not toal capitalism/democracy either, And capitalism killed far more millions in history by starting wars of colonisation for resources like slaves, oils, and lands.
