What an absolute privilege to have been able to fly with @dralisanders on her final @LDNairamb shift along with @DBateman100 as GC always said “you never really leave HEMS, you just visit the pad less” it’s been a blast ma’am never stop keep bringing on the orange 💪🏻🚁x
It has been an absolute privilege to have served as a HEMS doctor for over 15 years, and I really have worked with the most incredible team who I will miss very much. People will forget what I said and did but they will remember how I made them feel. Life is short…Live it xxx
Today is Dr. Ali Sanders last Medic One shift on our helicopter.
Over the last 15+ years, Ali has shown such dedication to London's Air Ambulance, its patients, her colleagues and the people of London.
The Charing Cross ED consultants out in force today. We support our junior doctor colleagues in their campaign for #payrestoration. Showing our support by keeping our department running & our patients safe, so our juniors can take industrial action 👊🏾👊🏾👊🏾 #JuniorDoctorsStrike
Humble, inspiring, incredibly hard working and committed to the welfare of her teams. I was lucky enough to meet Fionna when I was a registrar @Imperial_EM - there is much we can learn from her; a true leader by example (can’t see her putting her feet up though!)
Today we say farewell to Dr Fionna Moore, as she steps down from her Medical Director role.
We're pleased that she'll be staying with SECAmb in a different role but is hard at it until the end, in a Board session!
Thank you, Fionna 💚

The second part of @RCEM_VP's interview on @BBCBreakfast discussing the extreme pressures facing the ambulance services and the Urgent & Emergency Care System, what the pressures mean for patients, and how staff are coping. #NHS#crisis#ambulance#emergencycare
