After 3 years of hard work, finally it's online now. Thanks @idomyownexpts
RASSF effectors couple diverse RAS subfamily GTPases to the Hippo pathway https://t.co/Z1cSvCtVzS
What is the minimum passport validity for a Canadian citizen with an OCI card to travel India? I am planning to travel India in march for 2 weeks with my 5yo Canadian kid with 3 months passport validity (expires in June) is that ok? @HCI_Ottawa@IndiainToronto @airindiain
The thoughts/ideas on our project we get while on shower.
If I get 10% of that when doing real science, I would have been a N-laureate.
Is there a way to shift the lab to washroom? #AcademicTwitter#AcademicChatter#AskingforAFriend
This is the most detailed model of a human cell to date, obtained using x-ray, NMR and cryoelectron microscopy datasets.

A new systematic analysis of RASSF binding partners helps define the molecular mechanisms through which these effectors couple different RAS family members to pro-apoptotic pathways. @IRIC_umontreal#CellBiology https://t.co/KnO5Jg2Z4y
@CitImmCanada@canada@liberal_party@CanadianPM@NSERC_CRSNG Some of the best and brightest international students and postdocs have been trying since April to come to Canada and perform research. They are STILL not being let in the country. You all need to fix this now.
Exploring uncharted territories in #RAS signaling leads to many surprises.
Read our summary to learn more about the study conducted by the Smith Lab @idomyownexpts and his collaborators, recently published in @scisignal.

A new systematic analysis in @SciSignal shows how different members of the RASSF family of proteins control distinct responses relating to RAS proteins, which are frequently hyperactive in #cancer. ($) https://t.co/Yt7cjwkpO5
Exploring the diversity of the RASSF family of proteins, the Smith Lab discovered that different members control distinct Hippo and p53 responses downstream of #RASproteins, which are frequently hyperactive in #cancer. @IRIC_umontreal https://t.co/7uRPxfwBFx
The new weekly issue of Science Signaling is here! Scientists reveal how an ion channel coordinates the intricate reabsorption of proteins by kidney cells, and systematically study the diverse RASSF family of proteins. https://t.co/LUidlRejmA
Happy it's finally out! The first project started in my lab - @xingjian_xu to @dram_4 with help from Swati Singh and Ryan Killoran. Not all RA domains bind H/K/NRAS, time to look at alternative RAS GTPases. @CIHR_IRSC@NSERC_CRSNG@CCSResearch@CRC_CRC

With @csiriict we did a study from 10 Sewage Treatment Plants (STP) and a gated community in Hyderabad to look for SARS-CoV-2 RNA. These STPs get 40% of sewage in the city. We estimated viral load in those samples using RT-PCR.
