Lovely David Graham has died. Last year, he recorded new Dalek voices for us, for "The Daleks: In Colour". At 98, his performance was as sharp and commanding as it was in those '60s stories. And I got to read in the Doctor's lines opposite him – no joke, the highlight of my year!

She wrote two of my favourite episodes (both Christmas specials) - The Star Of Jacob and The Tree Of Truth.
