@Para_Practice Note: Anticoagulants prevent or reduce coagulation, eg Warfarin inhibits Vit K dependant factors and thus clotting (coagulation) is inhibited.
Antiplatelets such as Clopidogrel inhibit platelet aggregation via inhibition of ADP binding to platelet receptor.
