72 hours since escalation and still no action from @airtelindia.Services were disconnected during an active billing dispute and I was forced to pay just to restore basic connectivity. Only scripted replies,no timeline, no resolution.

My Airtel Black services (calls, broadband & DTH) have been disconnected despite an active billing dispute and multiple calls since Sept 2025.
I've now escalated this formally to the Appellate team with documentation.
