@PearsonPTE very disappointed and saddened at the lack of professionalism at your test centres. Wife took PTE home test twice, both times problems (technical at first, poor admin official at second), customer service is non-existent and had no response either time.

@TextExpander your app hasn't worked on my ipad pro since upgrading to ios 12. Every time I open it and try to click on a snippet, it just closes. I've deleted and installed again but same thing happens. Fine on previous versions. Any steps I can take?
