@VodafoneUK I'm so frustrated with the service I'm getting from yourselves. I've changed over to you from talk talk thinking it would be a perfect change to have been let down. 5 days I've been waiting already for you to connect my Internet, my activation date was the 3rd June

@Hoppylass1 @VodafoneUK Oh my God, same for me too. The same person phones me every day and says hes dealing with it, asks if its on every day which it isn't then goes it should work tomorrow!! I mean tomorrow hasn't arrived yet ever!!!!!! I'm still waiting for the connection!!!!

@VodafoneUK I've done all of the above numerous times and I keep getting fobbed off. You've had an engineer out because you say it's an openreach fault and openreach have checked everything and say it's not them it's Vodafone! How long do I actually have to wait for something to be done?

@OctopusEnergy can someone help me, my smart meters seem to have stopped sending in readings to you! I need to be able to budget properly for my family and can't go on with estimated bills. I have entered meter readings as suggested but they still don't seem to be correct!
