@TMobile I was not thrilled with Verizon's customer service, but T-Mobile is atrocious. Have to call every time (no email or chat support), endure long wait times, struggled to get an issue resolved for 9 months, AND they are charging me for a "free" phone that I didnt want/use.

@gazelle awful time with customer service. Sent item using your box and label, but it stalled somewhere in USPS system - has not been updated in almost 2 weeks. And yet customer service will not respond to my emails, and the "chat" system kept asking "do you need a tracking#?"
Truly absurd that I had to turn off the comments on my post because of ridiculous comments like this by people who hide behind fake names 🙄

We invite you to an online professional development workshop dedicated to making outdoor fieldwork safer for all – particularly marginalized and historically excluded individuals who work and/or conduct research professionally outdoors. Join us for two hours of highly informational, interactive activities, in which we will co-create tangible, actionable change and social field safety solutions in our own communities.
