@_austrian Glad flights restart 6/15 yet refund requests from 3 months ago remain unanswered. Appears you’ve asked many people to DM you re:refunds but done nothing with the DM’s. Unreal. At best can we hope @_austrian is a Ponzi scheme and refunds will be paid w/new bookings?!

@_austrian I have waited 3 months for a refund for cancelled flights on 4/7 and 4/18. Refunds were requested on 3/13. US DOT rules require refunds be issued 7 days after request. Next step either disputing the charge with AMEX or lawsuit to recover the $$. Please advise ASAP

@AppleSupport placed an order for (11) small accessories thru the online apple store. Order arrived today in an unbelievable amount of wasteful packaging. 11 items ordered, 10 packages, 9 of which were non recyclable plastic, the 10th a box that could have fit all. WTF

@BOS311 how can the city add a tow zone to a residential street w/out public comment? This tow zone in front of 19 Everett St, East Boston appeared out of nowhere within the last three weeks. No public comment period, no warning on a street where parking is already at a premium.
