@TheEllenShow Hope is the light that guides us through the darkness, the flame that keeps us warm in the cold, and the voice that whispers in our ear, 'never give up, for tomorrow is a new day.' It is the glue that holds us together in the face of adversity, Lots of Love Ellen DFBA
Despite best attempts, the idea of “leaving your emotions at the door” denies decades of research on the function of emotions.
When schools embrace and support the emotions of their students and educators, they create a climate where people feel secure, appreciated, and inspired.

Sky's education reporter Anjum Peerbacos analyses why so many youngsters feel excluded.
Only 12% of children felt they fully belonged at school in a report being published by the Global Equality Collective, which surveyed over 26,000 staff and students.
We often celebrate the power of “yes” in the workplace — yes to growth, yes to opportunity, yes to collaboration.
But we rarely talk about the quiet strength of “no.”
No is not negative. It’s necessary.

@WB4schools101 It’s promising to see mental health on the agenda, but grit must be more than a buzzword. As a clinical psychologist, I’ve seen how resilience grows—through trust, safe spaces, and systems, not one-off lessons. Our children deserve depth, not slogans.
@elonmuskTN Looking at the pattern, we can observe that:
• The numbers on the top row are odd numbers: 1, 3, and 5.
• rnating odd and even numbers. Therefore, the missing number should logically continue the sequence of even numbers after 2 and 4.
@bairdk So sorry to hear this. Please hold on to faith. My husband was diagnosed 2 months ago with colon cancer. He is super fit and healthy too. They removed the tumor and has started chemo. You are not alone. 🙏🏾
@MRMIKEYGRAHAM Completely agree. The pressure of fame can be overwhelming, and without the right support, it can take a heavy toll. Having mental health professionals on board is a crucial step to safeguard the well-being of young talent. It’s time the industry makes this a priority.

Rip Liam Payne. Such tragic news. I think it would be a wise move for record companies to have psychologists on their books from now on in his memory as a duty of care for the vulnerability of their young talent. Fame can be very damaging especially in today’s world. Lots of money. Nobody to help. Lots of yes people. Nobody honest🙏🏻
Schools need to separate well-being and mental health with distinct strategies. Well-being covers social, emotional, and physical health, while mental health focuses on psychological care. Both require unique goals to create a balanced, thriving environment.
@CBSSunday Harry’s point regarding every parent thinking of themselves as a first responder is vital. Young people need spaces where they feel safe and heard and as a parents we need to be intentional in creating such spaces.
Had an insightful panel discussion on student mental health in schools. It’s time to move beyond initiatives and build a culture where wellbeing is central to the vision and mission of every school. #StudentMentalHealth#WellbeingInSchools#EducationMatters#ASCD#IES
