Hey @Disneyland : any recommendations for repairing a broken lightsaber from Savi's? @JetBlue and @TSA damaged my saber, and now I can't get the end cap to come off. Please help!
@JetBlue@JetBlue it was either taken out of the case and messed with, or the case was carelessly tossed around regardless of the 3 Fragile stickers placed all over the case. Either way, this was mishandled and I'm out $237.04 and I'm really upset
Hey @JetBlue, who do I talk to about damaged items? Your team forced me to check an item that came back broken, and the chat representatives don't seem to understand the difference between lost items and broken ones. Who can I contact?
@JetBlue Ok.. And what happens when after 1.5 hours on hold, @JetBlue refuses to cover damages to an item I was forced to check? I'm told I can't make a claim because the case it was in wasn't damaged. This was an expensive and deeply personal item from a once-in-a-lifetime experience
