@DoctorChrisVT Re. Statistics: estimated efficacy between dose 1 and 2 is 52% (95% CI 29.5-68.4); estimated efficacy between day 15-21 is 89% (95% CI 52-97%). These are estimated rates of efficacy, with small numbers of outcome events, hence wide confidence intervals = lots on uncertainty here.
