https://t.co/lficGo6CEa oral denial of an entitlement, without being able to produce or even identify the authority under which it is being denied, is difficult to reconcile with a transparent passenger-service process.
I am not seeking any special privilege by virtue of my uniform but I am only seeking clarity on the entitlement applicable to chartered tickets of Indian Army and the basis for its denial.
3.If this is an internal instruction applicable specifically to Indian Army personnel of chartered flights, kindly clarify how and where this condition is communicated to passengers/ the organisation at the time of booking/ticketing.
2.If Air India has a specific policy excluding uniformed Indian Army personnel travelling on chartered flights from lounge access, kindly provide the relevant written policy/order/circular and its effective date.
I would like to formally register my grievance on the following grounds:
1.I am travelling on a Business Class ticket fully paid by Indian Army, and therefore seek clarification regarding the applicable lounge-access entitlement.
I was informed by lounge staff Ms Triptha, Shift Incharge, that lounge access is prohibited to Indian Army personnel travelling chartered flights. On specifically asking for the policy order, the staff were unable to produce or identify any written authority.

The technicians are as technical as a layman and as crude as a dud … Hp will lose out on its reputation in the area very soon owing to such atrocious service hiring

Highly unprofessional, unethical, & technically poor service. HP must review its partner conduct & quality control. #CustomerExperience
Their expertise is restricted to their name… They can just provide you the cartridge and that’s all in the name of service. The most unprofessional and unethical service centre ever… Surprised HP hasn’t taken cognisance yet.

I strongly urge TCS to immediately review and stop this policy. If not, I appeal to the Labour Ministry and the Central Government to intervene at the earliest. A government chosen by the people must protect the rights and livelihoods of its citizens.
Additionally, the so-called bench policy of 35 days is highly unjust. Senior employees on the bench are deliberately prevented from taking up roles due to cost constraints, making it nothing more than a trap to push experienced professionals out of the system.
